Superior Engineering's Free Wheeling Hubs are precision machined from 4140 billet steel, designed specifically to replace the factory alloy hubs fitted to Nissan Patrol GQ and GU models.

Factory alloy hubs on the GQ/GU are a well-known weak point, prone to cracking and failure under load – particularly in off-road, touring and towing applications. Once damaged, the entire hub assembly traditionally needs to be replaced, an ongoing and unnecessary expense.

Manufactured from durable 4140 billet steel and finished in SA5 zinc coating for long-term corrosion resistance, Superior's hubs are fully user-serviceable. Internal components can be swapped out in approximately 5-10 minutes per side, allowing owners to maintain their hubs indefinitely rather than replacing them.
